Here we are in Dundee, OR living the dream! We have been here a year this month and we love it! We keep hearing the weather updates for Phoenix and realize it is 112+ degrees there and only 86 here! And you wonder why we left Phoenix! We found a wonderful Church we just love! It is a Bible teaching church. It is affiliated with the Friends Churches, a Quaker church. Our church has many Motorcycle patrons, that get together each Wednesday evening during the summer and find a cute out of the way place to have dinner. Well, this past Wed. we joined them! What fun!!! We drove through Aurora and Canby, over the Canby Ferry to a place called "Wankers" in Lake Oswego. What fun for us because we had never been through either of those towns! We hope to join them again next Wed. I have a great job working in a dental office close enough to walk to right here in Dundee. This week my boss Dr. Methven took today off, so I decided to take it off also as a "mental health" day. And what a mental health day it has been. Today I made the big leap! I got my hair all cut off and am mailing my 10" of hair to "Locks of Love". That is right! And I am not coloring my hair anymore! I am going silver all the way! Yeah! No I am not becoming a "Tree Hugger" up here, not yet anyway! This past weekend we had a great time wine tasting! Louie's old next door neighbor came to visit from Phoenix, with his girlfriend, Bobbie, and it was great fun! We always like to visit new Wineries when folks come to visit! We only have about 30 in our 15 mile radius. So come Visit!!!
